There is no minimum order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, COD orders or you can establish a Net 30 account. COD Personal and company check must be approved first.

Orders go out in 1-2 days from the day of order. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us just know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our standard shipping method for domestic orders is UPS Ground. Please call if you would like Next day, 2nd day or 3rd day service. Our minimum shipping charge is $8.00 for all orders under $125.We charge a flat shipping rate of 5% for all merchandise for orders over $125.

A service fee of $25.00 will be charged for all NSF returned checks.

10% re-stock fee plus freight cost will be charged for any returned/refused packages.

Return Policy: Please understand that all the knitwear items are hand knit. Variations in size and color do occur. This is the beauty of hand knit items. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods and be approved by Padhma Creations.

Back orders: If items are not in stock when you order they will be backordered. Please specify if you do not want backorders. We will call for approval before shipping any backorders.
